I am in-network with Cigna, Aetna, Optum, and Blue Shield Insurance, and I also accept EAP. For other insurance carriers, I can provide you with a superbill upon request, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and is subject to your insurance company’s policies and coverage. I encourage you to verify this with your insurance.
I offer reduced/sliding scale fees on a limited basis. I accept payment via credit cards and HSA/FSA cards, which are due at the time of the session.
NO SHOWS or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are subject to paying a $100 fee.
